Anthony “Tony” Avalos | Principal & Managing Consultant

Tony Avalos spent over a decade leading accounting and finance for firms that scaled from millions of dollars in revenue into the billions in Assets Under Management (AUM). He founded Synergy Business & Financial Professionals to bring that same caliber of financial leadership to the businesses that need it most: Arizona’s small-to-midsize companies.

  • Before founding Synergy, Tony held senior executive roles at an Arizona-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and a FinTech platform, helping grow RIA AUM (Assets Under Management) from $250 million to $9.8 billion, and FinTech platform AUM from $4.8 billion to $19 billion. He also served as Due Diligence lead for multiple multimillion-dollar company acquisitions including Private Equity & Private Investor acquisitions, co-leading the Data Room where due diligence documents were provided to P/E and investment firms, from kickoff to close.
